Trend Watch: Heavy Liner

Thick black eyeliner was the look at the CFDA Awards; which is awesome because I'm a huge fan. It is an easy look good for a summer day, running around, or evening out where you're out eating or drinking because the look requires a nude lip (and even if the liner smudges it just goes from heavy to smoky).
