Restaurant Review: Top of the Hub
Anyway, we went over to Top of the Hub. It's on the 52nd floor of the Prudential building (above the Skywalk) and is just a beautiful, classy place. The decor was lovely and the view....OMG...to die for!!! You can look out and depending on where you're sitting. You can either see Boston or Cambridge.
Well I started off with the first (of many) bellinis...I ADORE BELLINIS!!!...and New England clam chowder. Except that they do this spicy version that kinda combines American Cuisine with Asian and Californian influences...but in a yummy way that doesn't destroy the original dish. I got the capellini pasta...which is tomatoes, bacon, and baby clams in a buttery/alfredo-ish sauce....YUM YUM!!!! Then for desert I got this molten chocolate cake with mint chocolate ice cream...WEEEEEEEEEEE!
Here's Top of the Hub info for anyone interested in going...WHICH I HIGHLY SUGGEST!!!!
