Paul Oakenfold

I went this past Friday to see Paul Oakenfold spin @ The Roxy (the poor Roxy really needs a face lift...the decor is right out of a bad seventies porn) and that makes the second time in two weeks that we've been out dancing (we went to salsa night @ Underbar last Fri). The opening dj played a technically fantastic set (and was a cool guy to boot - he didn't mind me flying out him with a jumping hug....bwahaha). I've seen Oakenfold before at Avalon (RIP) and wasn't particularly impressed so I was more excited to be out and dancing with good friends than I was to see him. I was very pleasantly surprised with him and wanted to share some recent track listings. My favorite off the night that he played was Benny Benassi's My Otherside (RHCP remix):

The highlighted ones I can personally recommend. He also played a great Sex on Fire remix that I loved hearing in the club but is too over-played for me to enjoy in real life.
