Recipe: Coconut Flour Strawberry Shortcake
Oven Temp: 375 Degrees
Cook: Until fork goes in and out cleanly
Ingredients:
5 eggs
5 tbsp coconut flour
3 - 5 tbsp butter (for desired moisture)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. honey
Bake in muffin pan. Whip heavy whipping cream and add a bit of sugar. Chop strawberries and put them in tupperware with some agave syrup. Chill whipping cream and strawberries and cover shortcake at room temp.
