Snack Attack: Buffalo Hard Boiled Eggs

I can't take any credit for this other than turning it from a side dish with dinner into one of my go-to lunches. And it's so easy that I always have an a-ha moment 'why has no one else thought of this!!!'

Place 2 eggs in water, bring to a boil, simmer or 12 minutes. Drain and de-shell then cut into halves. Sprinkle hot sauce and blue cheese dressing over top the egg and enjoy!
